Please read the following terms and conditions of the 10dildos.com Online Service Agreement carefully. By accessing the information on 10dildos.com, you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may not access the 10dildos.com site. All references to 10dildos.com in this agreement shall include the www.10dildos.com web site, Very Intelligent Ecommerce, Inc and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, shareholders, agents and attorneys as applicable. Access to 10dildos.com is restricted to the individuals 18 years of age and older.
Product Return Policies
Once your order is made, your credit card is automatically charged. We send all orders to our 24 hour shipping center immediately after each order is placed in order to meet our customers' fast shipping expectations. We are unable to cancel orders, even if a request comes minutes after an order is placed. If you need to return an order, you must first email us for a return authorization number, clearly mark it on the outside of the UNOPENED box, then send it back to: Lynx Fulfillment, 243 Root Street, Suite 400, Olean, NY 14760. After we receive the item back and verify that the outer shipping box has not been opened, we will issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. For legal and sanitary purposes, ALL SALES OF OPENED PARCELS ARE FINAL. You may only return an item where the outer shipping box remains unopened. In the case you would like to return an item that is in its unopened outer shipping box, the item is subject to a 10% restocking fee. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items' functions are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling). Please return the items in their original packaging within15 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 15 day return period.
We try our best to keep all inventory in stock in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In any case where we cannot immediately fill an order, we will contact you by email to let you know about the situation, and ship as soon as we receive the inventory to our warehouse
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; 10dildos.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.

However, due to fluctuating order volume, there may be delays in our response time to your request. 10dildos.com may offer from time to time, a free shipping promotion, or a discount if multiple items are purchased. If you return an item that was part of a promotion or that entitled you to free shipping, the return will nullify your promotion savings.
